Tooth Fairy Letter

Parents and other Tooth Fairy "helpers" have a new resource in ToothFairyLetter.net, a Web site offering free printable tooth fairy letters, coloring pages and advice for the occasion of a child's lost tooth.

"As a parent, I love making milestones like lost teeth a special event in the family," said Kevin Savetz, who launched ToothFairyLetter.net in July 2009. "I'm excited to be offering these letters to help out busy parents and bring a little Tooth Fairy 'magic' to kids."

With a dozen letters to choose from, there is a message to suit virtually every tooth-related occasion, from dental extractions to tooth "mishaps" such as when a child swallows or misplaces a tooth. There's even a letter to cover when the Tooth Fairy "forgot" to come on the first night.

There's a letter for children who have lost their first tooth, a humorous letter for older children and gender-specific letters from the Tooth Fairy. The letters also gently encourage good dental hygiene.

Each letter is formatted on one of several custom Tooth Fairy stationery designs. The letters are free to download and print in PDF form. Or, for $5 a .DOC version can be purchased. This premium version can be edited in Microsoft Word to include the child's name, siblings and other personal details.

There are also 10 Tooth Fairy coloring pages to download and print for free, as well as a link to printable Tooth Fairy certificates on ToothFairyLetter.net's sister site, FreePrintableCertificates.net.

Two articles cover Tooth Fairy traditions as well as ideas and tips for parents. For example, in some families, the Tooth Fairy leaves a trail of glitter behind. The tips page also covers matters such as how to decide how much money the Tooth Fairy will leave.

"Children love the mystery of the Tooth Fairy," Savetz explained. "But they often have questions, too. Like, what does she do with all those teeth? These letters introduce a personal relationship with the Tooth Fairy while addressing questions and even calming fears a child might have."

There are more than 50 sites in the FreePrintable.net family of free printables sites created by Savetz Publishing, Inc., a company devoted to creating useful and informative web sites of interest to consumers and small businesses.
