Food trucks and carts in New York seem to breed like rabbits. There are a half-dozen on every corner. Nathan’s carts are now around, and why anyone would buy any other kind of hot dog if Nathan’s is available is behind me. They’re large, grilled and not boiled, and are terrific. Of course, these days you need to take out a loan to buy two hot dogs and two drinks….
