Two dozen new letter templates with sample wording for all kinds of difficult financial and legal situations have been added to the website LetterOfHardship.net.
"These new hardship letters can help you find the right words to describe what is likely a very stressful situation," said Kevin Savetz, the site's creator. "The letters are all free to download, customize and print."
The templates have sample text that can be typed over and adjusted as needed. The new letters include suggested wording for medical matters including an insurance appeal, donation of sick leave hours, and the threat of insurance cancellation.
Other new letters relate to academics, such as student loan deferment, grade appeals, college admission denials and academic probation appeals.
There are also several new letters related to criminal and civil court proceedings as well as immigration issues. There's wording regarding leniency in sentencing due to hardship. Four new letters are designed to legitimately defer jury duty because of hardships such as breastfeeding, being a schoolteacher or having transportation issues.
Several articles at LetterOfHardship.net include tips on writing various types of hardship letters. Mortgage refinancing, parole and health insurance are common topics.
The letters are available in DOC format, or site users can simply cut and paste the text directly from the web page.
There are nearly 100 sites in the FreePrintable.net family of free printables sites created by Savetz Publishing, Inc., a company devoted to creating useful and informative web sites of interest to consumers and small businesses.
