(July 8, 2010) Factor International's Managing Director Jeffrey Jones presented "Overcoming Your Immunity to Change" at the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI) 2010 Global Conference in Vancouver, on Sunday, May 23rd at 8:30 AM. The presentation marked the first in a series of global speaking engagements following the completion of his work with the authors of the program at Harvard University, Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey.
