Howard Rasheed, PhD Joins Strategic Innovation Leaders at Dallas Conference

Howard Rasheed, PhD, CEO and founder of the Institute of Innovation, attended the Association for Strategic Planners' Annual Conference in Dallas, TX on February 28 – March 2, 2011. ASP's Annual Conference is the nation's premier meeting place for professional thought leaders and practitioners to collaborate and exchange cutting edge techniques in the arena of strategic planning.

This premiere event was co-sponsored by the Institute for Innovation as well as other firms such as Wiley and the Association for Strategic Planners. Professionals from around the world gather at the annual conference to "find out what planning, preparation and new methodologies are needed to effectively manage the risks and unknowns" of changing organizational environments

Dr. Rasheed has stood on the front line of innovation by founding the Institute for Innovation and co-authoring a new book, Yes You Can: Reaching Your Potential While Achieving Greatness. Rasheed's upcoming release entitled the Innovation Renaissance: 7 Strategies for Winning the Future will be available in Fall of 2011. Dr. Rasheed has become renowned, both nationally and internationally, for his patent-pending innovation software, Idea Accelerator TM. Rasheed's most recent work includes facilitating planning sessions with the Management Center for Strategic Studies, a government entity in the Ministry of Science and Technology in Brazil, and will commence planning sessions with officials in Peru, May 2011.
