The Company's GasD 8000 Series Is A Complete Reimagining Of Its Popular Toxic Gas Analyzers
Interscan's very first product was a portable gas analyzer. Certainly, various updates and improvements have occurred over the years, but the GasD 8000 is truly a breakthrough. Featuring a full transflective LCD graphic display and built-in data logging, along with best-in-breed electronics and rugged packaging, the new instrument is sure to be appreciated by safety and industrial hygiene officials, facilities managers, and anyone else who needs quick and reliable information on the workplace environment.
The GasD 8000 is available for 20 gases, including Br2, CO, Cl2, ClO2, C2H4, ethylene oxide, HCHO, H2, hydrazine, HBr, HCl, HCN, H2O2, H2S, NO, NO2, O3, peracetic acid, propylene oxide, and SO2. According to sales engineer Jordan McRae, "We plan to add more detection capability over the next few months, and this means entering some new market areas. But right now, the GasD 8000 is already making an impact in our core markets of sterilant gas detection and 'exotics' such as formaldehyde and hydrazine."
As always, Interscan offers comprehensive applications engineering, to ensure that its customers obtain the most cost-effective solution to their gas detection problem. McRae is proud of the company's reputation for customer service, and invites all in the industry to bring us their toughest applications.
