"Applicants aren't the only people who need to prepare for interviews," said Kevin Savetz, the site's creator. "Interviewers might see a dozen or two applicants and they need to make sure they make the right choice. These questions provide a solid foundation from which to build."

The positions targeted in these templates range from teachers to secretaries to sales representatives to restaurant managers. Potential questions cover the applicant's experience, transferrable skills and ability to deal with difficult or uncomfortable situations.

All templates are offered as a free PDF document that can be printed and filled in from a home computer. Many templates are also available as an editable DOC that can be customized in a word processor. Many of these are also free, but some cost a few dollars per template. For only $20, users can receive the entire business forms collection on CD.
