Three "MVP" customers of a highly respected technology firm will describe what makes them passionate advocates for the firm--and what keeps other companies from creating such advocates--at the 2012 Summit on Customer Engagement.
"Getting such customers to join us--from a firm that's famous for building a billion dollar business on a foundation of customer advocacy--is going to be great for our participants," says Bill Lee, Executive Director of the Summit on Customer Engagement.
The theme of the 2012 Summit is 'The Decade of Customer Advocacy." That's because increasingly, firms realize: they need more customers like these," says Lee. " We're going to show participants how to not only cultivate such customers, but also what to do with them when they're ready to start marketing and selling your firm."
The Summit on Customer Engageement will be held February 28-29 in San Mateo, CA.
