Noble International, Ltd.

Hilco Industrial, LLC, in cooperation with partners, will offer various types of surplus used machinery and manufacturing equipment from Noble International, Ltd. during a major two-day worldwide webcast equipment auction on October 20 & 22, 2009.

Noble International, Ltd. (Noble) is North America's largest laser welder, having delivered approximately 90 million laser welded blanks for more than 50 vehicle platforms since 1992. Noble also manufactures tubular products by roll-forming flat steel into a tube and then welding the seam with a laser. The tubular products are also used by automakers and industry suppliers in structural components. Due to the recent struggles throughout the automotive and financial industries, Noble and certain of its US subsidiaries have filed voluntary petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan seeking relief under the provisions of Chapter 11 of the United States Code. They have sought auction and liquidation experts to help them liquidate surplus machinery and equipment from facilities in Warren and South Haven, Michigan, Shelbyville, Kentucky and Butler, Indiana.

Hilco Industrial, in conjunction with partner auction companies Maynards, The Branford Group and BidItUp, will conduct a major two-day webcast auction offering these assets to the public. The auction features linear and curvilinear laser welded blank cells manufactured by VIL / Wayne Trails Technologies, which consist of load stations, Fanuc robots, edge preparation shears, lasers, weld testers and related equipment. Rollform lines and Servo feed lines will also be offered, as well as several types of presses, warehouse, material handling, inspection, fabricating and toolroom equipment, among many other assets.

The large number and assortment of assets for sale will appeal to bidders both locally and nationally. Buyers will be able to bid using the phone and internet at www.hilcoind.com, or attend in person and bid on site. On Tuesday, October 20, bidding will begin at 10:00 AM ET at 28207 Van Dyke Ave. in Warren, Michigan. This auction will also include the assets from the Shelbyville, Kentucky location. The auction will continue at 10:00 AM ET on Thursday, October 22, at 100 Veterans Blvd., South Haven, Michigan and will include assets from Butler, Indiana.
