FamilyTreeTemplates.net has three new categories and 27 new printable family trees available, each one with cute graphics, space for names and new formatting.
"This batch opens up the options for what genealogists focus on," said Kevin Savetz, the site's creator, "There are more options for larger families, extended families and even pets."
The new pets family trees address a variety of needs. One colorful form provides graphics detailing all the cats, dogs and birds a family has ever owned, while another includes dogs and cats alongside other family members. Additionally, there are breeding charts for tracking the ancestry of a dog or cat back four generations.
Another new category offers Spanish-language family trees for those looking for an Hispanic option. There are four- and five-generation options, as well as a template that includes cousins and an ancestor form.
Finally, there are quite a few illustrated family trees with an interesting twist. These include intertwining couples trees and ancestor charts, maternal/paternal lineage records, trees made up of connected human figures, and trees where each branch is the name of a different family member.
The 150+ family trees at FamilyTreeTemplates.net have everything from picture frame to bowtie to radial to hourglass family trees. For genealogy and research projects, there are also ancestry and census forms. Each is free to download as a PDF, but many have a $4 DOC option as well, which can be edited in a word processor.
There are more than 90 sites in the FreePrintable.net family of free printables sites created by Savetz Publishing, Inc., a company devoted to creating useful and informative web sites of interest to consumers and small businesses.
