The New Year is coming as well as the Thanksgiving holiday. It’s time to look back on your accomplishments and failures of this past year. It’s also time to review your goals of this past year and to state your new ones for 2015. Don’t just think what your goals should be but actually write down. It’s more difficult to ignore a goal when it’s staring you in the face. I know people who refuse to have yearly goals stating they don’t need them. I believe that everyone should look at where they came from and where they want to go. But, unless you have a plan or goal, how do you know where you want to go and how you’re going to get there.
Start small if you must. You don’t need to have short, medium and long term goals laid out. Start with one, or two or five ! Just Start !
