New Monthly Program Guides People in Nourishing and Renewing Their Body and Life
Danbury, CT – [October 9, 2012] – Carolyn Finch has announced details today for the second session of Nutrition Monday, an ongoing monthly program that helps people in planning, purchasing and preparing food. The program's goal is to nourish on all levels—mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Finch is a professional speaker, author, and president and founder of Electrific Solutions, Inc.
Although a nutritious diet has been recognized as absolutely essential for the health of the human body, many people lack information about what constitutes a healthy diet and how to implement it in their lives in practical ways. Therefore, Electrific Solutions, Inc. has created this program to help individuals understand more about the importance of a whole food diet free of toxins and chemically-altered ingredients for greater health and overall balance. Nutrition Monday addresses a timely and dire need in today's world that is so dominated by fast, fried and processed food.
Carolyn Finch (www.carolynfinch.com), a Certified Nutritionist and Applied Kinesiologist, will share her extensive knowledge in the field of nutrition through a variety of channels: PowerPoint, startling images, informative videos, demonstrations, and personal anecdotes. Free ten minute chair massages will be provided for the first six people to register on Monday night and there will also be a drawing and an opportunity for attendees to win various prizes.
The November session of Nutrition Monday will be held on Monday, November 5th, at the Hampton Inn from 6:00-7:30pm. The Hampton Inn is located at 81 Newtown Road, Danbury, CT 06810. NM will be held the first Monday of every month in Danbury, and will expand to participating Hampton Inns in the state of Connecticut through 2013.
The cost is $20 per session or $200 for a year membership. Green cards may also be used as one-time free passes to any session. These are available in health care centers and local businesses in the Danbury area, or by contacting Electrific Solutions, Inc. directly at 203-791-2756.
