Local food and local beer are trends for a reason: people love quality.  So, when 2 pillars of the Plymouth MA food and beer scene collaborate, it's sure to be delicious!

Independent Fermentation Brewing, aka IndieFerm, is dedicated to using quality local ingredients to make quality beer in Plymouth MA.

Farms to Forks is dedicated to providing delectable food using quality ingrediants sourced from a dozen or so regional farms…all within a short drive of Plymouth MA.

So, it's no surprise these 2 food and local-oriented business have decided to team up to provide a food and beer pairing on Saturday Sept. 30, at Independent Fermentation, at 127 Camelot Drive in Plymouth on September 30 from 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm. If the weather suffices, enjoy the event outside at IndieFerm's picnic tables.  Or, tickle  your tastebuds in their inviting brew pub room.  Either way, it's sure to be an event to satisfy the most discerning palate.

Farms to Forks provides great meals to businesses and people, in a bunch of ways.  They are at the weekly Farmers' Market held at Plimoth Plantation, have a food truck, corporate and residential catering operations, and even stock and replenish fridges with grab-n-go meals at local businesses and health clubs.

Independent Fermentations Brewing (aka IndieFerm) specializes in making craft beers with locally grown ingredients.  The company primarily uses Massachusetts-made barley, wheat, and rye malts as well as malt from farmers and maltsters around the Northeast that share our ethic of keeping it local and independent.  Most of their hops come from Massachusetts – including a field we are cultivating in Plymouth.  Independent Fermentation also runs a Homebrew Supply Store, and maintains a taproom adjacent to the brewery from which they provide fresh pours and growlers. Local beer with local ingredients – for locals and visitors alike!
