About O.N.E.
O.N.E. Coconut Water, is proud to be the signature sponsor for Pregnancy Awareness Month®. Pregnancy and early motherhood place exceptional demands on a woman?s metabolism and the hydration benefits in O.N.E. Coconut Water are critically important to a mother?s health and to that of her baby.
Coconut water is an isotonic beverage, which means it contains the same concentration of electrolytes found in healthy cells and blood. The size of the molecules lets them slide right into the cells for fast, effective hydration. Potassium is especially important nutrient for addressing muscle cramps, which many pregnant women experience in their legs. O.N.E. Coconut Water is naturally high in potassium ? one 8-ounce serving contains more potassium than a banana. It is devoid of fat and cholesterol. It is also alkaline, unlike tropical juices. O.N.E.
