Large-print versions of founding documents of the United States of America have been added to PrintableConstitution.com, including printable Constitution Amendments and more.
"Anyone living in the United States should be aware of what's in the U.S. Constitution and other founding documents of the republic," said Kevin Savetz, the site's creator. "PrintableConstitution.com provides neatly formatted, easy-to-print, portable versions of the Constitution as well as the Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence and individual Amendments at a glance."
The site is presented without advertisements with the intent of offering up the originally worded documents (occasionally minus archaic spelling), from official government sources. They've been formatted in clear and/or decorative typefaces, with both plain and parchment designs.
PrintableConstitution.com also has easily referenced foldable booklets of the Bill of Rights and Declaration of Independence. Everything at the site can be downloaded and printed instantly for free.
There's a version of the Bill of Rights on a bookmark with a patriotic flag background as well as single- and multi-page versions of founding documents.
The new large-print Amendments and Articles at PrintableConstitution.com can be posted in a classroom, handed out at meetings, and so on.
"This site, which makes founding documents easily accessible at home, school or business, complements the classroom printables and maps I offer at TeachersPrintables.net and PrintableWorldMap.net," Savetz said.
There are 100 sites in the FreePrintable.net family of free printables sites created by Savetz Publishing, Inc., a company devoted to creating useful and informative web sites of interest to consumers and small businesses.
