There are 40 new printables in all. The new medical charts include: an anesthesia record, blood count results, daily vitals flow sheet, a fluid balance chart, a medication flow sheet and a patient injury tracker.

There are also new exercise and weight loss charts, including colorful weekly, monthly and annual weight loss trackers.
The wallet cards category now has printables alerting people to conditions such as aphasia, dementia and epilepsy as well as allergies and general medical information.
Other new printables at FreePrintableMedicalForms.com also include: an alcohol questionnaire, an allergy action plan, an asthma action plan, birth plans, a first aid treatment form, medication forms, a medication incident report, a pre-employment physical form and a school medication administration log.
