More than two dozen new printable time card designs have been added to the website PrintableTimeCards.com, with versions suitable for business owners, freelancers or anyone else tracking or reporting their work hours.
"There's a free version of each of the time cards," said Kevin Savetz, the site's creator. "The PDF versions are free to print out and write upon by hand, while an editable DOC version is just $7."
With the new additions, there are now 211 card templates at PrintableTimeCards.com.
There are new daily, weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly and monthly time cards. Other new variations include specialty cards for atypical cases such as morning-, afternoon- and evening-only schedules. There are also new bi-weekly and semi-monthly cards that track work time by the hour, along with cards that show half-hour intervals. Six-month and yearly time cards have been added as well.
The newly added project time cards cover entire teams. Also new are: a crew time card, a service industry card, a tutor time tracker and cards that break down billable versus non-billable hours.
PrintableTimeCards.com now has tall, narrow cards that are compatible with commercial time clocks. They can be printed onto cardstock and trimmed so they will fit into the machine.
The time cards are available in both free PDF and $7 editable DOC format. The editable version opens with Microsoft Word or another DOC-compatible program so that the user can adjust the template to add a business name or other details.
"If you're looking for additional or more-complex time sheets, please visit my other site PrintableTimeSheets.net," Savetz said. "The time sheets there perform calculations and are even more flexible."
There are more than 100 sites in the FreePrintable.net family of free printables sites created by Savetz Publishing, Inc., a company devoted to creating useful and informative web sites of interest to consumers and small businesses.
