Hopefully, you watched the video on the front page. I put it there because just about everybody takes one or more medications. It’s not a pretty story, but the video needs to be seen.

COLON CANCER

More people than ever are stricken with colon cancer. Dr.Patrick Soon-Shiong talks to Tucker Carlson about it:

“I’m now seeing an 8-year-old, a 10-year-old, an 11-year-old, with colon cancer. We’ve never seen that. We’re seeing now 30-year-old, 40-year-old ladies with ovarian cancer. So this is a real phenomenon of a rise in cancer in young people. And we really need to get to the bottom of that.”

I have an interest in colon cancer because colon cancer took my sister’s life. I am convinced that how we live and what we consume are integral parts of the disease.

My sister was “addicted” to Coca-Cola. She had cases stored in her garage. She thought Coke was harmless because she took vitamins every day. Common sense should have raised a red flag, but it didn’t. She was a pharmacist and should have known better.

I used to work with a pharmacy technician who came to work every day with a six-pack of Coke. By the end of the day, she had consumed the contents of all six cans.

A woman once told me she hadn’t had a glass of water in years—she drank Coca-Cola instead.

Does Coca-Cola cause cancer? I don’t know. But I believe that what we consume daily, year in and year out, plays a role in how healthy we are and will be.
