A television show is on the air to help homeowners navigate these troubled and uncertain economic times, including the often complex waters of their homeowners' associations.

In 2010, "HomeOwner Talk" will air Tuesday nights at 7 p.m. on KCLV Channel 2 City of Las Vegas.

The show features guests with expertise in a variety of fields, including community management, legal issues, debt collection, insurance and finance.

Issues range from homeowner maintenance problems to banking questions, landscaping, HOA resources, collections and more.

One hot-button issue that "HomeOwner Talk" will address is foreclosure. It's a subject that resonates with many Southern Nevadans. In November of 2009, RealtyTrac found that Nevada led the nation in foreclosures, with one in every 119 households affected.

The show's co-hosts are John E. Leach, a partner in the law firm of Leach Johnson Song & Gruchow, and David Stone, president of Nevada Association Services, Inc., an assessment collection company.

Homeowner Talk TV aims to inform and also to ease difficulties between associations, homeowners and neighbors, says Andrea Behrens, executive producer of "Homeowner Talk."

She added that guests will answer questions not only on the show but through the show's website, http://www.homeownertalktv.com   Homeowner Talk also has an active Facebook page.
