ThankYouLetter.ws has introduced 15 new thank you letters that provide sample text thanking people for entering contests, writing reviews, attending a party, or even donating an organ.

"It's impossible to tailor a thank you note to every specific situation," said Kevin Savetz, the site's creator. "But these letters give users a starting-off point so that they can establish an idea of what they want to say."

Some of the new additions are professional templates that can be used for businesses. These include a thank you letter for both a positive review of an establishment and a negative review, a thank you to participants and entrants of a contest, and a thank you to employees for working overtime.

There are also more personal additions in this group of additions, including fun letters to a grandparent, a thank you for a slumber party, and a belated thanks. More serious examples thank organ donors, birth mothers and adoptive parents for their generosity. Users can replace the example text with their own words, consider the samples as a launching point, or even use them as-is.

More than 140 thank you notes are now available at ThankYouLetter.ws. They cover a wide range of subjects such as hospitality, gifts, parties, weddings and donations. All are free to download and print as a DOC. The files are then customizable in a word processor such as Microsoft Word or any other DOC-compatible program.
