Receiving negative feedback is never fun. Neither is delivering it! But providing employees the opportunity to learn from their mistakes can motivate them and help them to grow. Studies show that 98% of employees actively disengage when the get little or no feedback. And nearly three-quarters of employee respondents in a 2014 survey stated that even negative feedback helps them perform better if performance reviews are provided more frequently.
