Customer Reference Forum® announces its 2010 summer teleconference series:
Transforming Your Reference Program: Implementing Change That Creates Dramatic Impact. The series starts on June 30.
"It's important for managers to keep their customer reference programs up to speed in areas like social media and the Web, advances in marketing and demand generation, or customer-relationship building" says Bill Lee, President of Customer Reference Forum.
