Understanding Your Members’ Needs: What Matters Most?

Interestingly enough, while writing this post I was checking my email and somebody reached out to me and said, “Hey, listen. I’m not sure if this particular program is right for me or not. You see, I lack the confidence in being able to sell.”

Well, well, well… that was interesting.

First off, it was interesting that someone would be willing to actually confess that lack of confidence within themself. But I’ve come to realize that my members do need confidence in selling their memberships and high-ticket offers.

I never would have realized the value of mindset work back when I was first starting out to help people grow their memberships. I thought I’d be working on their skills, but I’ve come to find out that more and more, once we upgrade people’s mindsets to help them believe they can make an impact, everything else gets easier.

For example, if you as a coach are going to sell a high-ticket coaching program, you can’t stutter when you state the price. (I know this too well, considering I’ve had a speech impediment.)
