The latest addition to the popular web site FaxCoverSheets.org is medical fax cover sheets, a valuable resource for medical professionals and health-related entities who need to comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) laws.

FaxCoverSheets.org offers a HIPAA fax cover sheet as well as a medical fax cover sheet. Both are appropriate to accompany facsimile transmission of medical information and records of individual clients and patients. Both include detailed, HIPPA compliant confidentiality notices.

For $3.99, users can download both PDF and customizable Microsoft Word versions of the cover sheets, which they can then reproduce and use as many times as they'd like.
