The biggest addition ever of free printable
signs, including many workplace safety signs, have been added to the Web site www.PrintableSigns.net.
"There are 2,240
new signs available to instantly download and print," said Kevin Savetz, the site's creator. "Now PrintableSigns.net has more than 2,800 signs to choose from, from danger and traffic signs to office and informational signs."
The newest signs include a complete set of
NFPA 704 signs. With the use of a special interactive menu, users can instantly create detailed signs that are compliant with hazardous materials safety laws.
"With the NFPA tool, just select the health, flammability, instability and other hazards related to exposure and click to generate and then print a custom sign," Savetz explained.
There is also an expanded selection of caution, biohazard and
danger signs, in addition to new door signs, notices, safety alerts, restroom signs, equipment signs and more.
All of the signs can be downloaded and printed for free in PDF format. Or, if users would like to customize a sign by typing directly into it with Microsoft Word, a premium .DOC download is available for $1.99 per editable sign.
Some of the signs are in full-color, others are in black and white, but all mimic the design of popular signs seen at roadsides, in factories, in offices and so on. They can be printed onto paper or cardstock, and laminated for added durability.
There are more than 60 sites in the FreePrintable.net family of free
