The National Association of Baby Boomer Women (NABBW), the only association devoted to addressing issues concerning the 38-million boomer women demographic, announces the 2009 July Teleseminar, "Avoiding the Physical Limitations of Past Generations - Removing, Re-training, and Relaxing!" The teleseminar is scheduled for Wednesday, July 30, 2009 at 3:00 pm EST, and as a service to Baby Boomers everywhere, this teleseminar is open to the public. Please click HERE to register!

The NABBW is excited to have as the host of this teleseminar, Kathi Casey, producer and star of her own TV show, "To Your Health." Kathi is certified in Pilates, an experienced registered Hatha Yoga Teacher, a certified Acu-Yoga Teacher, and has taken advanced courses in Pilates, Somatics, QiQong, Tai Partner Yoga, and Healing Touch. Kathi has over 20 yrs experience working with special needs populations.

Dotsie Bregel, founder of the National Association of Baby Boomer Women says, "Known as the Healthy Boomer Body Expert, baby boomer Kathi Casey understands firsthand the changes our bodies are going through. She will offer our listeners two quick and easy techniques that have been proven to lower blood pressure, and teach us why it's so important to start re-training our bodies now to regain our youthful health. Kathi will explain how our muscles have forgotten how to relax due to years of stressful living and offer guidance to re-train those muscles. Callers will receive an easy technique to release tension in the neck and shoulders that can be done anywhere and with very little time. She will also give callers the three best exercises for improving memory and concentration. This information alone is so vital to midlife boomers today. Carrying the discussion further, Kathi will reveal how laughter really is the best medicine, and that how much we weigh is not as important as how we look and feel. Using her vast years of experience, she'll explain to the women how starting small, taking baby steps and rewarding ourselves, yields longer lasting results in our fitness routines. Meditation, and the enormous health benefits of it, will also be addressed."

Dotsie Bregel, continues with, "I believe Boomer women take being healthy to a new level. We want it all; good skin, good nutrition, and a sound diet. We're ready to wipe out the high blood pressure, the midlife weight gain, tension headaches, and other boomer health concerns. We want to know as much as we can about the benefits of a healthy, baby boomer body."

Bregel also adds, "In this teleseminar, women will learn what works, and also the choices available to offer the most benefiits to their boomer mind, body, and spirit. Those on the call will learn about building stamina, increasing vitality, improving circulation, and so much more."

The NABBW is excited to have Kathi Casey to guide their listeners with tips and suggestions on creating the best possible immune system. To register for this teleseminar, click HERE.
