How do you deal with all the rush and “busy-ness” of AI?Every day it seems there is a new release of something bigger and better than ever.
It can be overwhelming.
It can even be a tad on the scary side!
Many are asking me, “How can I keep up with it all?”
I get it.
It can be overwhelming with new tools like Deep Research (three tools with that name released recently), o3-mini, the o3 mini-high, then “Reasoning With R1” and “Reasoning With o3-mini.”
Frankly, it is making my lil’ ole’ noggin hurt!
But on the other hand, we can’t just “crawl into a hole and hide.”
(Although there are times when such seclusion from the wackiness of the world can be tempting — but that’s another story!)
As with so many things in life, the answer is well-balanced somewhere in a middle place that is just right for you.
Focus on your goals and how you can solve the problems your audience is experiencing.
Once again, we find we solve our problems as we learn how to solve the problems others are experiencing.
As long as the approach is peaceful, that is fine. Something about “Live And Let Live!”
There are some serious advantages for you and me to use the Deep Research AI tool that is available now.
(I like the flavor of it with Perplexity.)
“Serious advantages?” you might ask.
Yep! You betcha!
Like most of the rest of the world, I’m just now seeing what can be done with this PhD-level research tool.
You get lots of very accurate and helpful citations that would be permissible for a PhD dissertation.
That alone is pretty dad-gum (technical term) incredible!
This can be very helpful when you’re preparing a presentation for a group of professionals.
Deep Research gives you a wealth of information to help you better understand your audience’s world, their pain points, and potential solutions.
Deep Research can also help you be equipped to know what is really going on in the world and be ahead of the competition.
Just yesterday, I shared some of what can be done with Deep Research with our Stark Raving Entrepreneurs community.
Like me, many were blown away by the capabilities it has, how easy it is to use, and the fact that it is available with Perplexity.
Here’s what I got when I queried Perplexity about it:
“Perplexity’s Deep Research capability is available in both free and paid tiers. While the core feature can be accessed without payment, free users are limited to 5 queries per day. For heavier usage, the $20/month Perplexity Pro plan provides up to 500 Deep Research queries monthly, making it the primary paid option for expanded access.”
I’d recommend taking a peek at it to see what it can do for you and your content creation.
