He is a certified management consultant, an applied psychological anthropologist, and an expert on the use of plain English to transform business operations. Mr. Wohl is an author of a text book on employee benefit communication and several other publications and articles, and is a speaker on employee benefit communication and the use of plain English in business, government and healthcare.

Mr. Wohl believes that management communication is the life blood of an organization?keeping every level of the organization informed, motivated and aligned with the CEO?s strategy and direction. He also believes that it is the glue that keeps each part of the organization together and in sync with each other part, as well as the direction, goals and purpose of the organization?s management. Ronald H. Wohl is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants and has earned the rank of Certified Management Consultant (CMC), the highest accreditation in the field of management advice in the United States and 46 countries. He was president of theNational Capitol Region chapter, member of the national board of directors, Chairman of the national Committee on Professional Development and the national Committee on Knowledge management.

He is also vice president of Plain Language Association InterNational (PLAIN) and a member of the Plain English Center in the United States, the International Association of Business Communicators, the Society of Technical Communicators, the Society for Human Resource Management, the Maryland Tech Council, the National Organization for Competency Assurance, the National College Testing Association, and the Association of Test Publishers. Mr. Wohl was Chair of the Montgomery County Maryland Commission on The Humanities, and was a candidate for the Maryland House of Delegates.

Mr. Wohl is a published poet with a new volume of poems entitled ?Hope and Joy? scheduled for publication early in 2010.

Mr. Wohl is a graduate of George Washington University. He attended George Washington University Law School and the MBA program at American University, as well as the Kemper Insurance Institute program for Risk Management.
