How much money is a single TikTok post worth? How much should I charge brands for a sponsored video? How much money can I potentially make on TikTok? These are the questions that TikTok money calculators try to provide answers for. They are tools that assess the value of TikTok posts and can help established influencers, sponsoring brands, as well as anyone else who wants to start a TikTok career. The great thing about these programs is that they’re completely free, so you can tinker with them whenever you want.

What Exactly is a TikTok Money Calculator?

Before starting your TikTok career, you probably want to know how much money you can make from this platform. Luckily, by using these tools, you can do just that! This type of software relies on different variables, such as views, likes, and engagement rates, to assess how much money you can make from ads and influencer campaigns.

Calculators are primarily used by influencers, but they can also be valuable for sponsoring brands. With these programs, companies can assess the value specific influencers bring, which will help them create suitable influencer deals.

How Accurate are These TikTok Money Calculators?

For the most part, these tools provide an arbitrary assessment of potential earnings. They’ll give you a ballpark value of a post and how much you need to spend to advertise with a content creator. As such, they’re much better for people who are considering a TikTok career (as they will give them a general assessment of potential earnings) but can be misleading for brands that want to hire influencers.

I always recommend that brands work off of their own first-party data when negotiating influencer deals, but if you are a startup or are new to TikTok influencer marketing, these calculators do give you one data point to consider.

With all that out of the way, let me introduce you to the TikTok money calculators I like to use. I have divided these tools into three categories, beginning with the most sophisticated and ending with the most simplistic. I hope this helps you find the right TikTok money calculator for your needs.

TikTok Money Calculators to Estimate Your Value per Post

These calculators allow you to input variables, such as followers, views, and likes, to see how much money a post might be worth if you were doing a brand collaboration. Most of these programs are rather simplistic, don’t require registration, and you can use them directly from your browser.

1. Influencer Marketing Hub

Influencer Marketing Hub

With this powerful tool, you can estimate potential earnings from brand-sponsored content on TikTok. It allows businesses to assess the potential value a content creator brings through the social media platform and, based on that, make them a partnership offer for each post.

The TikTok calculator utilizes three metrics to make its estimate. It considers follower count, total likes, and total number of video clips. According to it, having a high percentage of likes compared to followers is a good indication of a dedicated follower base and, as such, a high level of engagement.

On the bottom, you’ll see the estimated engagement rate and earnings per video. These numbers shift noticeably as you tinker with the inputs, allowing you to assess different situations. The best thing about this Influencer Marketing Hub is that it’s completely free and easy to use.

2. HypeAuditor

HypeAuditor

HypeAuditor is a comprehensive influencer marketing platform that allows you to find influencers, recruit them, and manage campaigns. Among other things, the company offers a nifty influencer calculator that comes in handy when signing a new deal with a creator.

This particular online tool is much better than Influencer Marketing Hub, as it comes with more filters. For starters, you need to input the name of the TikTok account. After that, you type in the average video views, engagement rate, and follower count. The next step is defining the size of the sponsor.

I also like that HypeAuditor takes into account rights and exclusivity. For example, influencers can define whether the brand sponsor has the right to their future content on the social channel. Based on the inputs, the software can assess earnings potential. Besides TikTok, the tool also works for YouTube and Instagram.

3. Plerdy

Plerdy

Plerdy puts emphasis on factors such as target audience and location to assess content quality and influencer engagement. On the tool’s page, you can find an explanation of what constitutes a mega – influencer and a micro – influencer. The explanation is crucial for understanding what kind of engagement you can get from your favorite creators and whether it’s worth it to spend extra money to sign a deal.

As for the filters, Plerdy is very similar to the Influencer Marketing Hub. You have the total number of followers, likes per post, and videos on the channel. After inserting these variables, the software will provide an estimated engagement rate and potential income per post.

It’s worth mentioning that this equation doesn’t consider the number of active users and everyday activities on the channel. As such, some influencers might seem a bit more lucrative than they potentially are.

4. OTT SEO

OTT SEO

With this passive income calculator, you can easily run any form of influencer marketing campaign. Similar to other entries within this category, OTT SEO is relatively simplistic and free, allowing you to quickly assess your monetization options.

The software estimates the production values of an individual social profile by analyzing total likes, total followers, and the total number of videos. After filling out each input field, the powerful tool will predict how engaged audiences are on a particular TikTok channel. Influencers and brands can use the TikTok earnings calculator to assess the potential of an average post.

5. The Leap

The Leap

The Leap is a company that helps influencers connect with a wider audience. With the platform’s assistant, you can determine the topics people are interested in, thus allowing you to reach a vast audience with minimal effort. The software is especially great for TikTok selling, making sure you get more money from each potential client.

Like many other influencer platforms, the Leap has created a nifty TikTok influencer engagement and earnings calculator for its website visitors. The tool takes into account total videos, likes, and followers on a channel to assess the potential earnings from TikTok content. Alternatively, you can insert the channel’s URL, and the software will perform the calculations by itself.

The best thing about this software is that it works for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. That way, you can easily determine the value of influencers’ horizontal and vertical videos, as well as any other type of content they’re posting on their social channel. Whether you’re a potential sponsor or an influencer, this program will allow you to assess the advertising potential of TikTok channels.

6. SiteTrail

SiteTrail

SiteTrail is significantly different from other TikTok income calculators on the list. Instead of using the current profile stats, you make a prediction of how many views and videos you’re supposed to get. While the tool still works in a similar manner, it approaches the issue a bit differently.

First, you need to input an estimated number of views per video. The next step is inserting the planned number of videos per campaign followed by engagement rates in percentages. Interestingly enough, unlike the other tools on the list, SiteTrail doesn’t take into account the followers.

Upon pressing the “Calculate” button, you’ll get a few data points. You can see estimated total earnings, estimated earnings per video, and earnings increase with higher engagement. By covering all these points, you’ll have a better understanding of potential financial outcomes.

TikTok Money Calculators that Estimate Earnings Based Off of a Username

This group of tools works a bit differently compared to the previous category. Instead of analyzing all these data points, such as likes, views, and followers, user name calculators make their estimates based on the TikTok profile. In other words, they consider the totality of a creator’s work to predict future outcomes.

7. Exolyt

Exolyt

Exolyt is a popular software for TikTok creators. It offers comprehensive analytical insights that will boost your campaigns and allow you to improve results over time. Among other things, the company provides a free user name calculator that allows influencers and sponsors to predict the outcomes of an affiliate campaign.

The software is rather simplistic, so everyone can use it without issues. Once you input the influencer’s URL, the tool will provide several stats, including the number of followers, total likes, total videos, and exo score. On the bottom of the screen, you’ll notice the estimated earnings range, which helps you assess how much money you need to spend for an influencer campaign.

Exolyt did the smart thing of connecting the calculator to their analytics platform. So, you have the option of receiving additional insights about a profile by clicking on a button and proceeding to the next screen.

8. FeedPixel

FeedPixel

Like all other programs on the list, FeedPixel is something that can benefit both content creators and potential sponsors. The online software goes through your data and assesses how much potential earnings you can make from advertising and influencer campaigns. All you have to do is insert your TikTok username and wait for FeedPixel to do its magic.

Among other things, FeedPixel tries to predict how much money you can make from a single post on the social network. Interestingly enough, the tool can also compare your earnings potential to that of other creators, which can serve as a type of motivation for even better performance.

9. InfluenceGrid

InfluenceGrid

InfluencerGrid is a platform that allows you to search for influencers on TikTok. It offers a plethora of relevant data to users and also comes with a money calculator.

When you insert a creator URL into the tab, you’ll get information about the user, including their country of origin, followers, views per video, likes per video, and engagement rates. The cool thing about the concept is that the tool doesn’t work separately. Instead, it sends you directly to the platform, where you can get additional insights.

Basically, with this TikTok calculator, the company is enticing you to start their free trial. Nevertheless, whether you want to give the platform a try or not, you’ll still get your data so there isn’t any type of restriction to worry about.

TikTok Creator Fund Calculators

TikTok Creator Fund compensates influencers by giving them a part of the platform’s revenues. That being said, tools from this category are specifically made to help creators who are a part of the fund and want to assess their potential ad earnings. As mentioned in the beginning, this is the most simplistic category of tools out of the three.

10. Jemsu

Jemsu

Jemsu is a two-part software. It comes with a standard fund calculator and a reverse fund calculator. With the basic calculator, you have to input the total number of monthly views, and the software will tell you how much money you’ll earn based on that.

The reverse fund calculator works a bit differently. When using this tool, you need to input desired earnings, and the software will tell you how many views you need to get to reach that figure. Both calculators have a single input box and a second output box, making them rather easy to use.

It’s worth noting that Jemsu uses a 2-cent per 1,000 views calculation. The CPM can vary significantly based on several factors, which is why this tool isn’t as reliable as you might think.

11. PlaylistPush

PlaylistPush

PlaylistPush is a bit more complex than Jemsu. Instead of having just one tab for estimating views, it also includes a CPM box. That way, you can predict your earnings with much more accuracy. The software uses a default 0.3 cents per 1,000 views calculation, but you can change it any way you see fit.

Using PlaylistPush can be a bit tricky if you’re a new content creator and don’t know what to expect from your campaigns. As there isn’t a fixed CPM, you might overestimate or underestimate your return rates, which will lead you to a wrong conclusion.

Summary

While these programs have their fair share of flaws, most notably the lack of accuracy, they still serve a purpose. You can use calculators to assess an influencer’s potential and how much that person can generate from his TikTok posts. I use these programs from time to time, and I’m sure you can also find some value in them. Just remember, thought, that they are only a guide and a single data point among many that you should be considering.
