The Tomcat Group Launches Business Performance Program

WICHITA, Kansas (February 24, 2014) - The Tomcat Group, an aerospace consultancy, today announced the introduction of its new Accelerating Business Performance Program.

This new program is designed to give small-medium size business leaders and owners a planning mechanism that will provide them with a detailed road map that will improve and accelerate the performance of their business. This one-on-one program has been developed based on the 25 years of turnaround experience of Chuck Gumbert, an Independent Operating Executive and CEO of The Tomcat Group.  

Mr. Gumbert states, "We're excited about this new program. Today, many aerospace suppliers are having a difficult time striving to succeed in an environment where they are continually pushed for cost and delivery improvements. We feel that this comprehensive program will assist them by providing a proven methodology and coaching to assist them in taking the performance of their organization to the next level."

Known as "The Turnaround Specialist™," Mr. Gumbert's career has encompassed 35 years in the aerospace/aviation and manufacturing industries with a proven record of improving business performance. He holds a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Texas at Arlington and is an ex-US Navy F-14 Tomcat fighter pilot.
