Carol Gardner, CLTC, has been elected Chairman of the National LTC Network's Board of Directors.

Gardner is president and owner of LifeStyle Insurance Services, Inc, a California-based national long term care insurance brokerage now in its third decade of operations.

Commenting on Gardner's election, Immediate Past Chairman Mike Skiens said: "I am so pleased Carol has agreed to accept the Chairman of the Board position. She possesses the proven track record of leadership, talent and experience needed as we continue our growth in the expanding long term care insurance market. I believe she will lead The National LTC Network well and with great wisdom."

Having served on the executive committee of the Network for several years, Gardner now looks forward to her new role as Chairman of the Board, saying: "I relish the opportunity to work more closely with my wonderful colleagues at the Network; I have a great deal of respect and regard for them all. I also am honored to join the impressive group of women who have held leadership positions in our industry."
